A few years later, it was felt that the present building was insufficient to cater to the growing number of parishioners. Hence a decision was taken to sell the building and construct a more spacious one with its own play ground on a plot of land provided by Vinayalaya. On 22nd October 1985, Fr. Lisbet D'Souza, Jesuit Provincial, blessed the foundation stone of this new school building.On 16th July 1988, His Lordship, Bishop Ferdinand Fonseca, blessed the new school building and on 7th Jan 1989, under the tenure of Fr. Tony J. D'souza S.J., as Vicar and Fr. Francis Gonsalves as Principal, the new school building was formally inaugurated by His Eminence Simon Cardinal Pimenta, Archbishop of Bombay.
